Liposuction of the neck is an operation that can be done either as a stand alone treatment or in conjuction with another operation, a facelift or a blepharoplasty perhaps.

The liposuction is carried out with the use of the vibro-lipo device which actually guaranties a uniform result, absence of bruising pain and discomfort. The operation is performed by a small hole 3 mm in length under the chin, which is closed with a single suture. It takes about an hour and is performed under mild sedation and local anesthesia. The patient is postoperatively required to wear a pressure garment and may, after a few hours postoperatively to return home.
